Product Names and Structures

Accela strictly name product and draw complete structure exactly as the sample itself, we would treat salt, hydrate, and solution as different product with different name and structure, e.g. a free amine, its HCl salt and citric acid salt would be 3 products in out catalog and online store.

Evaluation Samples and Bulk Orders

Product evaluation samples will be considered for potential bulk purchases only. Availability and pricing information on bulk quantities are available from our Sales Department via email inquiry.

Stocks and Shipping

We have stocks in San Diego, CA, USA and Shanghai, China. We use express delivery. All freight, insurance, and special packaging charges will be added to the invoice unless other terms have been arranged. The cost for 2-day delivery within USA is $21, Overnight delivery within USA is $45 for shipping wet- or dry-ice products. Shipping of Shanghai stock to US customers are only 3-4 business days, and we only charge domestic rate for those. For other international shipping charges, contact your sales representative.

Payment Terms

All orders are subject to credit approval. Terms of sale are net 30 days from date of invoice for approved accounts. International wiring Sender needs to pay their bank (and intermediate bank charges if applicable) fees, and no Intermediate Bank is necessary. We encourage you to pay by credit card to avoid high international transfer fees.

Invoices

Senders pay their bank and intermediate bank fees, Accela pays our bank charges. Avoid using intermediate banks.

Prices

All prices are stated in US Dollars. Written quotations are guaranteed for 30 days. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipment will be made promptly even if prices have been nominally increased. Any reduction in price will be automatically applied to your invoice.

Shipping Conditions

The transport conditions of Accela ChemBio products are formulated in accordance with the principle of short-term transport process does not affect the product quality, and may differ from the prescribed storage conditions.
Where there may be short-term exposure (i.e. during shipment) to conditions other than those recommended for long-term storage that will not affect product quality, Accela ChemBio will ship at ambient temperature. Ambient temperature shipping helps to control shipping costs for our customers. At any time, our customers can request wet- or dry-ice shipment.
The products sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than their recommended long-term storage are shipped on wet- or dry-ice. In those small percentage cases, about $20-30 S&H fee will incurred and add to your invoice. To further ensure the quality, we will consider weather influence, such as summer shipping, by putting wet- or dry-ice in the package.

Storage Conditions

The storage conditions that the Accela ChemBio label recommends for products are deliberately conservative. For many products, long-term storage at low temperatures will increase shelf life, and therefore are labeled accordingly regarding recommended long-term storage. Please keep the product in strict accordance with Accela ChemBio's storage conditions, the following is the detailed interpretation of the common storage conditions, please refer to the product label.

Ambient Storage

The general storage conditions of the R&D Chemicals is cool and dry, avoid direct sunlight and wet atmosphere. Many Accela ChemBio products may be stored under ambient or regular conditions. Historically products that are suitable for ambient storage may have labeling that indicates “Regular” or no label regarding storage. Some products are sensitive to light or humidity, these products are generally identified on the label as "Light Sensitive" or "Moisture Sensitive".

Refrigerator +4 ℃

For Accela ChemBio products where long-term storage is advised as refrigerator/cooler (2 to 8 ℃), our labels indicate +4 ℃.

Freezer

For Accela ChemBio products where long-term storage is advised as freezer (-15 to -25 ℃), our labels indicate -20 ℃.

Summary

Special storage conditions as indicated in Accela ChemBio product labels are as follows:
· “+4 ℃" implies refrigeration 2 to 8 ℃;
· “-20 ℃" implies -15 to -25 ℃ freezer;
· “Light Sensitive” implies protection from light as necessary;
· “Moisture Sensitive” implies keep away from moisture.

Application

All products in our catalog are sold for laboratory or manufacturing uses only. Many chemicals are hazardous. All of our products should be handled only by qualified individuals who have been trained in laboratory procedures and are familiar with the potential hazards of these chemicals.

Return Policy

Users should inspect goods immediately on receipt and inform the vendor of any shortage, damage or quality problem within 7 days.
Return shipment will not be accepted without prior authorization, except for those defective or non-conforming products in strict compliance with Accela return shipment instructions. Advance contact with Accela Customer Service is required. Certain items and quantities may not be returned in any circumstances. These items include, but are not limited to: damaged or leaked reagents, refrigerated or frozen products, reagents which have passed their expiration dates, custom synthesized products or special orders, products missing labels, unpacked products. Any returned items except those defective items may be subject to a 25% processing, shipping, and re-analysis fee with the minimum no less than USD$50, and must be returned within 40 days of purchase.

Patents

Accela ChemBio’s products may be covered by application or process patents. The Purchaser is responsible for any patent infringement resulting from the use of our products.

Warranties and Disclaimer

Accela ChemBio (the Seller) warrants to the original Purchaser only, that the products listed in this catalog conform to the composition and purity described therein at the time of their shipment. If there is any failure on the part of the Seller to meet this warranty, a refund of the purchase price will be made, providing the Purchaser returns the alleged non-conforming product within 30 days of the invoice date. Seller makes no other warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of marketability.
