We encourage customers to simplify ordering by sending a fax or electronic copy of the purchase order (PO). Please include the following information with each order:
1. Purchase Order number
2. Quotation number (for bulk quantity only)
3. Catalog number and product name/description of the product
4. Quantity of product
5. Billing and shipping address

We will act promptly to establish your new account.

Evaluation Samples and Bulk Orders
Product evaluation samples will be considered for potential bulk purchases only. Availability and pricing information on bulk quantities are available from our Sales Department via email inquiry.

Stocks and Shipping
We have stocks in San Diego, CA, USA and Shanghai, China. We use express delivery. All freight, insurance, and special packaging charges will be added to the invoice unless other terms have been arranged. The cost for 2-day delivery (<100g units) within California is $15 and $19 to other continental US locations. Shipping of Shanghai stock to US customers are only 3-4 days, and we only charge domestic rate for those. For other international shipping charges, contact your sales representative.

All orders are subject to credit approval. Terms of sale are net 30 days from date of invoice for approved accounts.

We Welcome Credit Card Orders
We accept credit card orders, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Please download this <Credit Card Order Form>, fill in the order information, sign, and fax to (858) 876-1948, or email to info@accelachem.com. Charges will occur on the day we ship your order.

Prices
All prices are stated in US Dollars. Written quotations are guaranteed for 30 days. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipment will be made promptly even if prices have been nominally increased. Any reduction in price will be automatically applied to your invoice.

Minimum Orders
There is a minimum P.O. of $195. Please combine orders as much as possible. If you wish to continue purchasing a single compound valued at less than $195, a $15 handling fee will be added to your invoice.

Application
All products in our catalog are sold for laboratory or manufacturing uses only. Many chemicals are hazardous. All of our products should be handled only by qualified individuals who have been trained in laboratory procedures and are familiar with the potential hazards of these chemicals.

Returns
Return shipment will not be accepted without permission.

Patents
Accela ChemBio’s products may be covered by application or process patents. The Purchaser is responsible for any patent infringement resulting from the use of our products.

Warranties and Disclaimer
Accela ChemBio (the Seller) warrants to the original Purchaser only, that the products listed in this catalog conform to the composition and purity described therein at the time of their shipment. If there is any failure on the part of the Seller to meet this warranty, a refund of the purchase price will be made, providing the Purchaser returns the alleged non-conforming product within 30 days of the invoice date. Seller makes no other warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of marketability.
