Process Chemistry Director
Job Responsibilities:
Develop new and efficient processes for key molecules.
Work closely with managers from other disciplines.
Provide troubleshooting and problem-solving for synthetic chemistry challenges.
Provide technical leadership to the process chemistry team.
Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry with minimum of 3 years of process research experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of designing, developing and optimizing synthesis routes for bulk pharmaceutical intermediates.
Scientific achievements demonstrated by publications and patent applications.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and achieve under an aggressive timeline while delivering high quality results.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
